Section Seven Media operates digital properties and decision tools. This policy explains how information may be collected and used across Section Seven Media websites and services.
Information we collect
Our corporate website is designed to collect minimal information. Standard web-hosting and analytics systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and approximate location. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide.
Partner enquiries
If you submit the partner pilot form, we collect the business and contact information you choose to provide, including company name, contact name, email address, website, partner type, trade or service category, service geography, qualification criteria, commercial terms and notes. We use this information to evaluate the proposed partnership, respond to the enquiry, document commercial requirements and determine whether a campaign fits the current operating model.
Partner form submissions may be processed and stored by our website hosting provider and other service providers used to operate the site and respond to enquiries. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information through the partner form.
Consumer decision tools
Individual tools may have their own privacy notice where their data practices differ. We will not activate a consumer lead form, call-routing workflow or partner transfer without clearly describing what information is collected, why it is collected and how it may be shared.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure our services, understand site performance, respond to enquiries, evaluate partnerships, measure campaign performance and comply with legal obligations.
Partners and service providers
We may use hosting, analytics, communications, fraud-prevention, call-tracking and measurement providers. Where a user explicitly requests connection to a service provider, information may be transferred to the relevant approved partner as disclosed at the point of collection.
Retention and security
We aim to retain personal information only as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and contractual requirements. No internet system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us about access, correction or deletion requests, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
